Community Empowerment in Wonogiri Earns Kalbe Gold Rating in BISRA 2025
Kalbe berhasil mempertahankan pencapaian positif pada BISRA 2025 -Kalbe Corporate Sustainability-

Jakarta (1 October 2025) – PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (Kalbe) has once again received an award for its sustainability efforts. The 2025 Indonesian Corporate Sustainability Awards (BISRA 2025) are proof of the appreciation for Kalbe's commitment and sustainability practices. 

Kalbe’s Head of Corporate Sustainability, Abi Nisaka, received the BISRA 2025 award on Tuesday, 30 September 2025, in Jakarta. This marks Kalbe’s fourth participation in BISRA 2025, following its participation in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Moreover, Kalbe has managed to maintain a good ranking in this CSR programme award.

“We extend our highest appreciation to all parties for the BISRA 2025 award we have received. This is a leading award in the field of CSR and, more broadly, sustainability. Kalbe is committed to continuing to grow and provide sustainable benefits to the community, in line with our spirit of ‘Together for a Healthy Nation’,” explained Abi.

In BISRA 2025, Kalbe highlighted its community empowerment programmes entitled the Pandawa Lima Village Clean Water Programme and the Biogas and Solar Panel Programme (Effort to Fight Climate Change), which were carried out in Baturetno District, Wonogiri, Central Java. Kalbe's community empowerment programme has covered three villages in Baturetno District: Watuagung, Boto and Belikurip, with more than 200 households benefiting. 

"Kalbe is here with the spirit of improving the health of the community and the environment. In addition to providing infrastructure, Kalbe also presents various activities to increase the capacity and capabilities of the community, which ultimately fosters an independent community," explained SFD Arie Wibowo, Kalbe Corporate Sustainability Assistant Manager. 

The BISRA 2025 awards were attended by more than 100 companies from various sectors, with a number of award categories including: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Special Mention. A number of experts served as judges for this event, including: Vivi Yulaswati (Deputy for Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation at the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas), Riza Primahendra (Lead Consultant & Trainer at Amerta Sustainability), and Maria Yuliana Benyamin (Editor-in-Chief & Director of News and Production at Bisnis Indonesia). 

Through the various awards received, Kalbe has demonstrated its strong commitment to supporting the expansion of access to healthcare services for all segments of society.
