CIKARANG, 6 Desember 2025 – PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (Kalbe) brings the sustainability spirit of "Insan Kalbe Bergerak", this time again expanding the reach of its health service access to Cikarang, Bekasi Regency on December 6, 2025. Collaborating with the Association of Community Social Workers (IPSM), Sukadami Community Health Center (Puskesmas), and the Bekasi Regency Children's Forum, Kalbe successfully held counseling and free medical treatment activities held at SDN 02 Sukadami, South Cikarang.

Kalbe took the initiative to bring health access closer to more than 200 community members consisting of students' families, teachers, and the surrounding community. This step was taken because Kalbe realizes the importance of health to improve the quality of life of the community.

"Insan Kalbe Bergerak is a form of Kalbe's commitment to sustainability, in line with our mission to improve health for a better life," explained Abi Nisaka, Head of Corporate Sustainability at Kalbe.

Meanwhile, the Insan Kalbe Bergerak activity held at SDN 02 Sukadami also serves as a form of relationship building between Kalbe BO Cikarang and the community around Kalbe's operational area in Cikarang.

"This activity shows Kalbe's concern for the community, especially those located near Kalbe's operational area," explained Kiman Salim, Site Head of Kalbe BO Cikarang.

As a collaborator in this activity, the General Chairperson of National IPSM, Andriansyah, emphasized the presence of IPSM as a Social Pillar that also has a share in supporting the expansion of health access.

"IPSM as one of the social pillars, has a role to continuously improve social welfare, one of which is through a healthy society. Not only that, the collaboration that has been established with Kalbe continues to appear tangible to make the community healthy," emphasized Andriansyah.

Holding Education, Increasing Community Awareness

Besides the Free Medical Treatment activity, Kalbe presented educational activities in the form of diabetes counseling and inclusivity education.

Through the Diabetes Total Solution (DTS) ecosystem, Kalbe presented diabetes prevention education attended by Health Mobilization Cadres located in the Sukadami Village area. Furthermore, educational activities included early detection of diabetes symptoms along with a healthy lifestyle to prevent diabetes.

In addition to diabetes prevention education, Kalbe also provided training to teachers of SDN 02 Sukadami, to create an inclusive learning environment for all students.

"We appreciate the free medical treatment and education activities held by Kalbe. This serves as tangible proof of the Company's concern to improve the health quality of school residents and the environment around the school," explained Julaeha, Principal of SDN 02 Sukadami.

The Head of Sukadami Community Health Center, dr. Adi Pranaya, also appreciated the good steps in the free medical treatment and health education activities held by Kalbe.

"Thank you for the support and collaboration between Kalbe, IPSM, and Puskesmas Sukadami established in this activity. It becomes our collective good deed to make the community healthy," said Adi.

In addition to health services, Kalbe also provided donations in the form of medicine packages and health products. These health products are expected to improve the health of the community and its surroundings.

Through this concrete step, Kalbe reinforces its commitment to expanding sustainable health access. Kalbe is committed to remaining present in the effort of health equity for the nation.
